These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tree Todo List. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Respect others" rights and comply with applicable laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of your workflows, tasks, and any other content you create in Tree Todo List. You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to process and store your content solely to operate and improve the service.
Free service, import/export, and deletion
- Tree Todo List is free to use. We do not charge fees or subscriptions.
- You can export your workflows and import from supported formats.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; this removes your workflows, tasks, canvas data, and profile avatar before deleting your authentication account.
Availability
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice.
Third‑party services
We use trusted providers to run the app (for example, Supabase for authentication and database, and standard cloud hosting). Your use of the service constitutes permission for us to engage these providers on your behalf to deliver the product.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tree Todo List and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We"ll update the date above and, if changes are material, provide a more prominent notice.
